This service incorporates the staging plan and us, along with the client, to prepare the home to show and sell. This option offers room modifications to improve the look including re-arranging of furniture, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and staging by creatung scenes that buyers will love.
8 Hour Staging Day - 3 to 5 Rooms
This service incorporates the 4 hour staging plan plus 4 more hours of help adding decorative curb appeal and any additional staging that's required.
Bang for your Buck Service - 3 room staging for vacant homes and homes scheduled for "open house hours" only. I'll stage the vacant property for 4 hours, 8 hours or the weekend of the open house. Also great for those owners and investors that have vacant properties ready to list but not the budget for a fully staged home. Scenes that can make your listings pop on the MLS.
