WHO I AM
Melanie Evans is the owner of E.V.S. Home Staging and provides services to the Fresno,
Clovis and Central Valley CA area. She helps homeowners, Realtors and Investors
improve the appearance of their home or homes in preparation for selling. After spending
20+ years living and working in Silicon Valley as Project Coordinator, Engineering Analyst,
Sales Support and Buyer she opened her own business in 2009. She is a certified
Home Stager through the Association of Property Scene Designers, a member of
the Fresno Womens Network, HomeCare Service Providers and the National Association
of Professional Women.
WHAT I DO
I help prepare a home to sell by de-cluttering, nuetralizing and staging the property.
I create elegant, visual and simple scenes that allow buyers to emotionally connect
with the home. Home staging is an affordable option to redecorating, while still giving
your home a fresh new look that buyers will love. I offer special services tailored to
the needs of Investors and Realtors.
